"The worst GP ever."

Been with this practice since birth. However have never once had a good experience with them. The reception staff have to be the most unsupportive and rude people i’ve ever come across. Consistently speaking to you in a vile manner, with no care for any sort of struggles to access the GP. With everything being online it is so much harder to get an appointment, and even still then the online services do not work. There is one woman in the reception who is caring and will take the time to help. However the others I have dealt with have been dismissive and foul. It is impossible to get an appointment when you cannot phone for appointments anymore as the reception tell you this is not allowed and you must do it online. However the online service was shut for a whole week. Please get better reception staff, with manners and the ability to speak and communicate politely!!!
