"Transgender health care and negligence"

For a year now the porterbrook GIC has put my mental health under more stress than anyone could ever imagine, not returning my E-mails or phone calls, refusing me care without any explanation, they just discharged me for absolutely no reason and took me off the waiting list that I had waited 13 years of my life to get on, I am an intersex person who they should be helping transition, I've done every single thing they've ever asked of me just to be removed from the waiting list with them saying that they cannot help me, my doctors at the flying scotsman here in doncaster told them that the ONLY way to help my mental health is for them to treat me and so did RDASH, RDASH refuses me any therapy on the basis that all my mental issues stem from gender identity/dysphoria and told me there is no therapy that they can offer me because it will not be solved without help from the GIC, yet they choose time and time again to ignore this and they are the root cause of my mental health and physical health decline, their behaviour towards me has set me back so much of my life, happiness and wellbeing, when there is one simple thing I want. 

I have taken steps to improve my life, just this year alone I have lost weight, I became a vegetarian, I stopped taking depression medication because it did not help me, it never helped me, it caused me health issues and mental decline but they INSISTED that I needed to improve my mental health just because in the past I had issues I have NEVER, NOT EVER waivered in my belief of who I am suppose to be, I have never questioned ONCE and I will never change that belief. I want to be able to have a full and happy life with my family who have been my rock through this, even they, people who dislike the LGBT community and dislike trans people are now in my court, I met their demands of me to become a healthier person when it wasn't EVER the criteria for gender care in the first place! My mental health improved without any use for medication or therapy, I bridged the connections back with my family and am a happier person for it and I lost so much weight and now they have taken me off of the waiting list because they say there is nothing they can offer -  how about giving me the right and access to gender affirming care?
