"So kind and very helpful"

About: Specialist Therapy Services / Mid Notts Cardio-Respiratory Services

(as a service user),

I have just completed my pulmonary rehab in Retford. I cannot emphasize on their services. The staff was first class, I cried when I left, the ladies became friends, so kind and very helpful.

I can't emphasize enough on what a good, clean place it is. I have COPD and it has helped me.

I felt great after sessions, now I am at home and gone back to depression.

There is not a fault, I look forward to going again. The staff are wonderful and so very kind and helpful.

Dear leopardqq74

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide some feedback for our PR service. It’s so invaluable to receive feedback whether that is good or otherwise we will constructively use feedback to mould services.

I will ensure that this feedback goes to all clinicians.

We are actively seeking volunteers who have had experience in out services. Please let us know if this is something of interest to you.

kind regards

Carrie Stacey (cardio respiratory team lead mid Notts)

Dear leopardqq74

It's wonderful to hear that you had such a positive experience and a strong connection with the staff at the pulmonary rehab in Retford. Volunteering can be a meaningful way to give back, stay engaged, and continue building on the positive relationships you've formed. Given your lived experience with the condition and your positive engagement with the pulmonary rehab group, becoming a support volunteer seems like a natural fit. Your first-hand knowledge and understanding of the challenges individuals face during rehabilitation can be incredibly valuable to others going through similar experiences.

If you're interested, I really encourage you tp have a conversation with the staff to explore the possibilities or give me a call on 0800 052 1415 and we can get the ball rolling.

Jo
