I was delighted to get a telephone call yesterday informing me of a cancellation appointment for MRI offered. I arrived half an an hour early to Musgrave- was taken almost immediately- staff were all very friendly, cheerful and efficient. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you .

Dear My Chippy,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of your recent attendance in MPH's MRI Department. My name is Grainne Harte and I am the Governance & Quality Lead for the Imaging service in Belfast Trust. It is good to hear of your positive experience at the MRI department, and I am delighted you were able to avail of a cancellation appointment. It is really important for us that we try to ensure all available appointments are utilised, and whilst we understand that it is sometimes necessary to cancel an appointment, we appreciate your flexibility in being able to attend for your scan at short notice.

I will share your feedback with our MRI staff- thank you.
