(as a service user),

Superb care by the ST 2 GP trainee and the consultant and registrar on shift.  Despite heavy workload and stress they remained professional and empathetic and understanding. I am grateful for their efforts.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to hear your experience of attending the A&E Department of the Glasgow Royal Infirmary was a positive one and you felt well cared for.

I was also delighted to hear the staff were professional, caring and empathetic throughout your stay. This must have been a huge relief to you.
