"Complaining about Visit"

About: Ninewells Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

Ninewells a&e saw my husand tonight. 3am hes gone to a&e as hes in alot of pain struggling to breath theyve sat him in an empty waiting room no one but him there for 3 hours with no word on why its taking so long or when hel be seen.. hes left without being seen as he was struggling to breath sat upright in those uncomfortable waiting room chairs.. not the offer of a bed to wait in.. when asked why its taking 3 hours when the place is literally empty they couldnt give a straight answer. 

Doesnt fill me with confidence in dundee a&e staff.
