What could be improved
It would be a very good idea ,if when a G.P. gives a patient a referal,if the patient could actually get ON the waiting list !!!!!!
It seems that my husband is now on a WAITING LIST for THE WAITING LIST to see an Orthapedic Consultant.

The system the NHS runs for orthopaedic waiting lists via Choose and Book has changed recently and unfortunately has meant patients have had some delays in being seen. Although this is beyond our control, we would like to apologise for this and assure you that we are working to see how delays can be avoided in future.
