"Inverclyde Royal Hospital accident and emergency"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I pressed buzzer for nurse/help needed bathroom and 45 minutes later a cleaner asked me if I was ok on my feet and put side of bed down to let me go to bathroom.

I have found all the staff that work in accident and emergency are the most uncaring staff members. I find I hear nothing but negative comments about them.

Dear "Real. People"

I am very disappointed to hear of your negative experience in our ED department. This is not the normal service we provide to our patients. I would be happy to discuss this in more detail if you would like to contact me on the email address below.

Kind regards

Alison McKinnon
