Today I attended the endoscopy department at fvrh after being referred as urgent . Dr Salunke went above and beyond to arrange my procedure . Huge thank you to the lovely staff in the endoscopy department who were so kind and compassionate. Special thank you to mhairi for looking after me , the staff in the procedure room with Dr Morrison and to Stuart for the singing . Excellent team all round

Hi Gratefulme,

Thank you for taking the time to write such lovely comments about your experience at the Endoscopy Unit and the team.

We do strife to make a daunting and potentially uncomfortable procedure as comfortable as possible with reassurance, and I am pleased that you felt this way.

I will ensure that this is passed on to the nurses and Doctor you mentioned, and also to the whole team. Especially to Stuart and his singing.
