Appointment at Grant House 3pm for blood test to check liver function.

This test was requested by Dr Doyle, Ulster Hospital as a follow up to my in-patient stay in Ulster Hospital.

I received a call from Oliver at Phlebotomy, Grant house explaining that Dr Doyle had requested this blood test offering to make an appointment for the following day, unfortunately due to outstanding commitments I was unable to attend until just over a week later

Oliver has an outstanding customer service/centred approach. He backed this up with a message confirming my appointment, date, time and with wonderful instructions on where to go on arrival at Grant house.

At the appointment I was attended by Lynn who did my blood test. Very quick and painless. Lynn has a wonderful friendly yet professional manner. I really appreciated not having to make the trip to the Ulster Hospital and all the parking issues etc that would entail. Grant House offer an exemplary, truly patient focused service!
