"counselling for my fears and worries."

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

When I first decided to attend the services of inclusion matters, I felt scared, worried and anxious as to what was going to be discussed and brought up. Fearful I may have to re-live my fears.

The outcome was what I suspected, I cried and I was emotional during sessions but because of that I have became a more positive person. It helped me understand and how to deal with my thoughts and fears through the help of my advisor/ therapist.

Everyone is different and responds differently to discussing what may be on there mind but it helped me and I feel so much better after my sessions.

Dear Fiona Buttercup

Thank you so much for this feedback. Very well done for attending the sessions despite your fears and anxieties; that takes a lot of courage.

It is really good to hear that you are now feeling more positive and more able to deal with your thoughts and feelings, and that the therapy really did work for you.

I am aware that many people feel anxious before embarking on therapy and your story may well help people who are wondering if it is right for them,.

Thanks again and my very best wishes for the future.

Kind regards

Heather
