I enjoy going to Sheffield Centre for Independent Living, we have a group on a Thursday. My mum runs SUFA group with another lady - SCIL helped by holding our money for us,
I have made lots of friends.
I would recommend my friends go to Spectre, as the service is very good.
There is good services out there, and sometimes people who support you need to help you find out what choices there are for people with a learning disability.
