"We’re really grateful to everyone for looking after her so well,"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Children's Ward Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

Our daughter was in for grommets and an adenoidectomy and we couldn’t fault the care she received on the children’s ward.

Nurse Catriona was amazing with her the whole time we were there and Marion was lovely too. Catriona took time to answer her (many!) questions about the procedure and was really reassuring and caring. The anaesthetist (Nic) was also great with her.

We’re really grateful to everyone for looking after her so well, hopefully we won’t be back any time soon but I know if we are we’ll be well looked after. Thank you.

It can be a worrying time for parents when their children come into hospital so it is lovely to hear that the staff looked after you both really well. I do hope your daughter is continuing to recover well.
