I wanted to increase in confidence as a parent, learn emotional resilience, good boundaries and be armed with good information for when my daughter grows up.

Deliver HENRY programme, parenting programmes for sleep, toileting and behaviour, along with baby massage sessions. Review child's development at 6-9 months. Part take in community groups along side health visitors and other child health assistants.
