Everyone I saw in the genetics lab at QEH in Glasgow was so lovely; from the minute you walk in you are met by the most wonderful lady on reception (I still havent got her name but she's a credit to the NHS and humankind as a whole!) to the nurses and the consultants. So slick and professional. Thank you.
