"ED super heroes"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

My sister had a mishap on her recent work night out. She fell down a flight of close stairs landing on her face. She was incredibly embarrassed as she was sober and slipped in her slidey boots. Everyone was great. She was seen quickly by kirsty in triage,  face xrayed to check her cheekbones werent fractured and checked over by Dr Shaun. We were homeward bound within 2 1/2 hrs of arriving even though we expected a 4 hr wait time.

Dear Paisleyfalls2023 (really like the username by the way)

Slidey boots, close stairs and injury to face - your poor sister:(

Thank you for your kind words on the team attending to her. I will make sure Kirsty and Shaun see this. Delighted to hear no fractures and do hope the recovery is speedy.

Best wishes.

Gerry
