"Superb service and communication "

After fracturing my humerus 2 weeks ago. I was advised I woukd benefit from a plate fixation operation. I was contracted Thursday afternoon, and operation booked for 0730 the next day (15th Dec! . The team on Glossop ward were brilliant. Caring and informative. The operating team, surgeon, anaesthetist etc, came round and explained what would happen during the operation and were very good at allaying my fears and anxiety. The whole process was excellent, and after time in recovery, chatting to the lovely nurses, I went back into ward for the afternoon for checks, meds etc,. I was discharged and collected at 1700.
