"No consideration for communication differences"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a parent/guardian),

My teenage daughter recently transferred from Alder Hey Hospital with autism and ADHD.

Dr called for a planned telephone appointment and started speaking, was told she was discharged back to GP. Daughter uncertain when she should ask when she could get me, her mum (downstairs). She called me and told me call was complete and she was discharged.

She wasn't asked to get me, wasn't asked if she understood what was happening, and was not given an opportunity ask questions about her recent surgery.  She now has lots of questions, I have lots of questions and to be honest feel really angry that knowing about her communication differences and her history she was railroaded.
