About: Antrim Area Hospital / Ward C5 Gastroenterology/Medical

(as a service user),

I went to the ERCP (Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography) department to have a procedure to remove some stones. I had already had a procedure done before this for the same thing, however, it was unsuccessful, so a stent was inserted which helped greatly.

This time the procedure went well. I was treated excellently and was helped in every way by nurses, doctors, and other staff. Everything was explained to me in detail, and the doctor spoke to me before and after the procedure. I have come away with leaflets and diagrams as well.

I would just like to say thank you.
