"Staff were very attentive, caring and responsive"

About: South West Acute Hospital / Emergency Care and Medicine Services

(as a carer),

Staff were very attentive, caring and responsive. I was allowed to stay the night with my relative which was excellent as i was able to attend to their toilet needs and ask the nurses for painkillers. All the nurses introduced themselves & explained what they were doing. The doctor was also very good at informing us of x-ray results & plan of action.
