My partner and I enjoyed 2 hypnobirthing sessions at the RAH with Arlene. They were invaluable for making us both feel confident and calm in tackling the last few weeks or pregnancy and heading into the birth.

Arlene was so warm and friendly and we came away actually really looking forward to the birth and fully equipped with tools and knowledge to make decisions. Would highly recommend.
