(as the patient),

Attended a six week Pulmonary Rehabilitation course in Kirriemuir, one hour of exercise and one hour of talks learning different things from breathing techniques to learning to live with each other’s condition. Each class which was held on a Monday and a Thursday afternoon run by Eve and Pauline. The course taught me so many different things about my condition and how to deal with it. I can not thank these two ladies enough for all the hard work and dedication they gave to our group. Many thanks Paul.
