They took a long time to respond to my e-consult (multiple days after their target response time), were very late to their phone call slot, and rushed through the phone call. The doctor on the phone didn't introduce herself, blamed my issue on the last medical condition I had (treated and clearly unrelated), but said reception would get in touch to organise blood tests. Reception did not get in touch to organise blood tests.

Meanwhile I was missing work, barely able to get out of bed on some days and my hair was literally falling out. I have moved GP surgeries and would recommend no one deals with this practice.

Another enquiry I made was about getting a medical certificate for work. I had to phone their central reception. The operator was unhelpful and rude, palming me off onto the reception at the surgery and telling me I'd have to walk in to enquire. I just went elsewhere.
