I came to Cloughreagh for 2 weeks post surgery on my hip.  From the moment I came through the door I felt welcome here, at ease and it is like home from home to me. I cant fault the service, everyone is so nice.  The service couldn't be better. 

The food is excellent, plenty of choice and served nice and hot. 

The home is very clean and I have enjoyed having my own television. 

I feels I am improving, I have had good advice from the physio and OT and they have come in regularly to do my exercises with me. However I have not seen a social worker. 

I knew about Clougreagh before I came in as I live locally but I thought it was still a residential Home. This is a great service it provides now.

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your story on Care Opinion. We value to feedback we get from our service users and I am delighted that you felt very welcome here. We very much work in partnership with the AHP's and I am glad to hear how you are benefiting from the imput by the physiotherapist and occupational therapist. I am confident that a social worker will be in contact soon.

We are about to publish a new information leaflet giving information about the Cloughreagh Rehabilitation Service and we hope that this will inform prospective service users and they will know what to expect and receive from our service in advance of their admission.

Thank you again for your response and I will share this feedback with the Cloughreagh Team. On behalf of all the staff here I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a very happy and Peaceful Christmas.
