"Unhappy with the healthcare service I have received"

I have been in and out my doctor's surgery majority of this year due to how I have been feeling. I started feeling really tired, lack of energy , I also had some issues going on with my skin & hair. I had to have a stool sample done due to having blood present when going to the toilet, the sample came back positive yet I was never informed of this and no referral was put through to the hospital. 

I was referred for a scan on my ovaries to rule out PCOS which I have still heard nothing back from. I decided to go have some private blood work done due to how I was feeling, my results came back with a few things that needed addressing. I took these results to my doctor and at first I was diagnosed over the phone with Gilbert’s syndrome, this didn't explain why I had been feeling so bad.

After doing a lot of my own research and consulting in a health care professional it was mentioned I could have possible Hashimoto’s disease. I went back to my GP surgery to speak about this but was told due to my thyroid levels being fine they wouldn’t be able to do anything for me. I had asked for a referral to see an endocrinologist, my GP had wrote to endocrinology but they didn’t want to see me.

My GP then referred me to see a dermatologist due to my skin & hair issues, I received a letter saying they would make an appointment for me but then heard nothing again. My GP also found looking back my notes that there had been blood present in my stool sample earlier in the year, so then decided to re-test this. This sample came back positive as well so the GP referred me on to the hospital, this was over 8 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing from this either. 

So after almost a year of numerous appointments I am no further forward and still have no answers. Three referrals for different departments at the hospital and not one of them has gotten back to me to give me an appointment.
