"The most phenomenal, kind, caring experience"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Accident and emergency South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

I was struck down with covid triggering arrhythmic cardiac failure and rushed via 111, sirens on, into A&E. My heart rate was 175-200 bpm. Mark, the paramedic, assured me I was safe and that everything would be ok and helped me to contact my daughter (next of kin). He was just so calm and reassuring that I stopped worrying immediately. I had the most phenomenal, kind, caring experience throughout MM hospital.
