About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as the patient),

Would like to say how wonderful Lynn, CNS at Monklands, is. She was by my side from going into theatre to leaving the ward. Had so much time for me even though her colleague was off and she was so busy. Made me feel very well cared for.
