"Was very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after me"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as the patient),

I recently had a laryngectomy at Monkland Hospital. Mr Crosbie, Mr Smilie and their team were fabulous. I was so well looked after by the amazing nursing team on Ward 9 - Barry, Christina, Vicki and Hayley. All absolutely diamonds, was very lucky to have such a wonderful team looking after me.

I am sorry to hear that you had to have surgery. However, I am very pleased to hear that all staff provided you with a high level of care and looked after you well. I am sure the staff will be delighted to hear your kind feedback.
