My daughter recently underwent a procedure to create space for her braces at the orthodontics clinic. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist. The entire experience, from interacting with the fantastic nurses, the orthodontic team, the anaesthetist, and the surgeon, to the aftercare team, was exceptional. Every step of the way, my daughter received exemplary care and was treated with the utmost respect.

The team was thorough in their approach, taking the time to explain every aspect of the procedure to my daughter. They provided clear instructions, ensuring she was well-informed, and also took the initiative to reassure me as a parent. The entire staff demonstrated a first-class and superb level of professionalism. I particularly want to commend the aftercare lady. She is truly a godsend and deserves recognition, perhaps even a medal.
