Had a really lovely scan and appointment with Susan and Ella today in the booking clinic. We have had 2 scans elsewhere which weren’t the best experiences, so having Susan talk us through our scan today with her kindness and warmth was so appreciated and made us more excited than we already were. Thank you for making our day! Ella was also amazing when going through my risk assessment and explained things so clearly to me. I really look forward to the rest of my pregnancy knowing I’m well looked after by the midwives in RJMH.
