"The care was superb, they kept me well informed"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Acute Receiving Unit (Ward 2c)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted to ward 2c childrens hospital with a chest problem, he had fantastic care whilst there.

Layla and Louise the bronchiolitis nurses looked after us while we were there. The care was superb, they kept me well informed and where a credit to the ward.

Dear Cdfm

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to hear Layla and Louise looked after you and your son after he was admitted to the Royal Hospital for Children with a chest problem.

This must have been a very worrying time for you and your family so to hear you felt fully supported by the staff was very heart warming.

I have passed on your thanks to the team who have asked me to thank you for your kind words. It really means a lot to the staff.

I hope your son is feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.

Kind regards

Kevin
