About: Ayrshire Central Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Attended the breast clinic today at ACH. Worried about possible outcome.

All staff, receptionist, nurses, health care assistants and doctors were extremely professional, caring and respectful. Everything explained. Bit of delay in being seen but was offered an apology for this.

On the whole the clinic ran extremely smooth. Would like to thank all staff for the excellent care which really helped at a worrying time.
