Pleasant volunteers, Easy and convenient service.  Difficult to get appointments with Audiology.  Happy with Service. Could not have been better.

I'm so sorry it has been hard to get appointments with Audiology, we have experienced a high level of staff sickness in recent weeks which has meant we have far fewer appointments than we would like to have prior to Christmas. I'm delighted though that your experience with the volunteers has been so good. We hope our service will be back to full staff soon and you don't experience delays with us in the future.
