(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Volunteers were professional and polite during the visit.  Attending the complex today was easier as hubby has had a stroke so can't drive.  Service could not have been better today.  Thank you.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback on the Community Audiology Home Visit Service. We're sorry to hear about your husband's stroke and that he's unable to drive now however we're pleased that our volunteers attending the complex helped you, and that they were professional and polite.
