"a cheery group"

About: Community Audiology (Home visits) / Dundee Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Service is useful as it saves having to get a taxi or bus.  Specific issues were with hearing rather than hearing aid so will need to contact Kings Cross Audiology Department.  Leaflets given.  The volunteers were a cheery group of ladies.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback about our Audiology Home Visit service. We're pleased to hear you found our volunteers a cheery group, and that they provided you with the information you needed for an appointment at Kings Cross. We appreciate you taking the time to give us this valuable feedback about our service.

With kind regards

Elizabeth Gibson
