"Disgusted with parking"

About: Dorothy Pattison Hospital

As a disabled patient i am disgusted with the disabled parking facilities at Dorothy Patterson Hospital. Each time i go to an appnt i have to park so far away from the entrance that i am in excruciating pain when i get to my appnt. Also the cars that are parked in the disabled spaces do not have blue badges displayed. I expressed my concerns at the hospital but all they said was there was nothing they could do.

Hi Tracy, thanks for leaving this review and we will certainly be escalating this to our facilities team as they are best placed to look at monitoring this situation and taking action where possible. Sorry that you have had to experience this at one of our sites particularly whilst there is also a shortage of spaces at Dorothy Pattison due to the new building work. If you wish to discuss the details further please get in touch with our Service Experience Desk at SED.bchft@nhs.net or on 0800 587 7720
