Had a referral put by the DR last year received a letter with forms to which I filled out and sent back this was around 10/2022 this was done, only to receive no updates of what is happening with it contacts them several times this year to one call was replied back in 06/2023 claiming they were going to call me back never did all I get is voicemail to which I have left…. But yet still no reply
