About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Ward 14

(as a relative),

I cannot praise the staff on this ward highly enough. My  mum was treated with compassion,  effective communication, patience and understanding throughout her 4 week stay.  All staff provided a uniform service which I think would be hard to beat anywhere. All staff provided excellent care. Nursing staff, Dr's, Physios , Social workers, catering staff and volunteers.

I felt reassured that my mum was being well looked after.

Dear Maddie49, thank you for your lovely feedback on my Ward 14 team. I am delighted you have had such a positive experience and you are happy with the care your mum received. My teams work very hard and are committed to providing excellent care with the patient and their families at the centre of that journey. I will be very pleased to share your kind words with Sr Allen and the medical and multi disciplinary team. I hope your mum is keeping well and she continues to recover. Wishing you and your family a very happy Christmas.
