This is the first time I've had help from coming out of jail and its been the best help. Its done a lot for me, I believe I would be back in jail or dead if it wasn't for the help I have received.

Being supported by Gemma to remind me and support me in going to my appointments has helped me get the diagnosis and to get to know about my heart condition. I would not of attended these appointments alone.

Knowing that Gemma has been there where I could call her at anytime for support in between sessions has helped me, even if she couldn't attend it was useful to have her on the phone.

I am just sorry that I've got to leave the service. I do feel if it wasn't for the service I wouldn't be here today, I have only survived due to the level of support

Wow, what an impact this service has had. It is so great to hear how helpful the service/Gemma has been for you. it seems to have been really beneficial in terms of getting you in the right place to help with your health needs.

Well done to you too for keeping going and making real use of the service and reaching out when you've needed it. Keep up the hard work.

I will make sure this feedback is shared with Gemma and the wider service as it's always lovely to hear the impact staff have had.
