The physiotherapist at St Michael's called Sally was amazing, so professional, thorough and caring. It has made a huge difference to be treated like this. She is a credit to the NHS.
I was welcomed at the Physio dept. by a wonderful front of desk lady.
What was good? - her manner and explanations.
How did it make you feel? - Someone really cares
