"Unsung heroes"

About: HMP Long Lartin / Mental Health Service

(as a service user),

I have been in and out of prison my whole life I am now 45 years old. After speaking with my probation officer and my Inclusion worker they identified I could have ADHD my Inclusion worker assessed me and spoke to my mom and after speaking to a psychiatrist I have now been diagnosed. Which felt like a weight had been lifted from me and will help me  a lot in the future with courses and places I needed so I am so grateful to probation and inclusion. They do so much great work for prisoners they are unsung heroes

Thank you for your feedback, We, as Inclusion, are pleased that we could help you make sense of your experiences. It is great to hear how learning more about yourself has helped guide the right support to meet your needs. Keep up the good work.
