"Disappointed by lack of support"

Have been attending a Pelvic Physiotherapy clinic to treat pelvic floor Dysfunction since late 2022.
The physiotherapist is trying to help me the best they can .
The plan was to refer me to another clinic as unfortunately the dialator treatment wasn't working.
I have heard nothing from this clinic, it disappoints me also that I've reached out to my physio via the Tayside email and have received not a lot of support over the last few months.
