About: New Stobhill Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

I was given an appt by NHS24 staff to attend.

Was seen promptly by a very pleasant nurse who took my obs,reassured me + passed me on to the doctor.

I was treated with compassion + dignity throughout my attendance,given clear instructions regarding medications + expected recovery time.The doctor also advised me on what action to take, should my condition worsen.

All staff at the Unit were accommodating + patient.
