About: Gilbert Bain Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a service user),

Senior Staff Nurse Irvine and SN Kerr

Both members of staff treated and cared for me during my short stay in A&E.

Treated at all times with dignity and respect

Always kept up to date with what was the plan of my care and who would be delivering it.

Staff were pleasant and professional.

I would like to say a huge thank you to both.

I would also like to mention Dr Fryer who was responsible for my care during my stay. A professional with a good humour. Many thanks.
