About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as a service user),

I was transported from my home via Ambulance.

The ambulance was called and it seemed no time at all for it to arrive.

Two ambulance personnel and a student.

All were professional, respectful and treated me and my family with the very best of care and dignity.
