Anything else?
I was referred to the Paramendics via NHS Helpline (who were marvellous) and the Doctor or Call Service (who were also marvellous). The two Paramedics were quick, exttremely thorough in their examination, very friendly making me feel at ease and they made me laugh, which makes so much difference when not feeling well, and they were thoroughly profesional and in my opinion are underpaid for the service they give. The staff at A & E were equally as caring, thorough, friendly and everything was explained so well. The Doctor I saw was so knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail, and the nurses were fantastic. (A special thankyou also to the nurse who put my canula in, it was painless) I was treated quickly, efficiently and with sympahy and care and have nothing but praise for all of them as they were very busy and under a lot of pressure, but nothing was too much trouble.. Thankfully I was okay and sent home later with a follow up appointment and medication. I was also called when I reached home to make sure I had the appointment details correct. I have to say I couldn`t fault a thing and to anyone who is not satisfied with their experience I would say they should remember the amount of work, people treated and sometimes unpleasant situations these Doctors and nurses have to deal with and think themselves lucky we are so fortunate to have them
