About: NHS Grampian / GDENS (Grampian Emergency Dental Service)

(as a service user),

I needed an emergency appointment  on a Sunday morning due to a huge amount of pain following a. Extraction earlier in the week.

The appointment system worked really well and I had an appointment arranged quickly as efficiently.

The Argyll Dental practice staff  were professional and helpful. They sorted out my problem quickly and made sure I had pain killers in case of need later. 

Overall I was extremely impressed with the service I received.

I’m glad to hear that getting an appointment for your dental issue following your extraction worked really well for you and it’s also lovely to know that you experienced our dental team being both professional and helpful.

It’s reassuring to know that you had a positive outcome following your dental pain which I do appreciate must have not been nice for you by being provided with alternative pain relief which has sorted your problem quickly.
