About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended A&E RHC with my 9-year-old daughter. 

I wanted to thank everyone for friendly and professional care. From the nurses at the front door to the receptionist at A&E. Nurse Angela who took her observations was kind and helpful as well as efficient. 

My daughter then saw Dr Foster, who was excellent . I asked my daughter to describe her experience and she said everyone was gentle, kind and so nice that she wouldn’t be scared to go back and she would ask for Dr Foster again! I don’t think you could ask for more.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of attending the A&E Department of the Royal Hospital for Children with your daughter.

I was pleased to hear the care and treatment she received from our staff was to a high standard and she felt well cared for.

It was also lovely to hear how the staff took the time to make you both feel comfortable and showed a caring and compassionate nature throughout your visit.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be touched to hear you both had such a pleasant experience while under their care.
