(as the patient),

I had a Colonoscopy procedure and have to say the welcome and treatment from Reception, nurses and the Consultant Dr Blckwell was excellent, friendly, caring and couldn't have been nicer, and have to say what a beautiful hospital, spotlessly clean, its like a private hospital

Thank you for your kind words regarding your recent visit to our Regional Endoscopy Unit.

It was nice to hear you had such a warm welcome and all the staff who were involved in your care were friendly and caring. I will also pass on your feedback to our domestic team who work hard to keep our department spotless.
