About: Community Services / Nail Surgery Service Whitehills Health and Community Care Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

I took my two daughters to see the Holly, the podiatrist working at Whitehills, WHCCC, earlier this week. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She involved the girls in the decision making process of their care and they felt at ease during the consultation. Further treatment has been promptly arranged, and I am very pleased with our experience so far.

I also spoke with another member of the podiatry team prior to this, whose name I can't remember, but she was also very kind and helpful.

Great service!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience of our service. I am delighted to hear that you felt that your daughters were involved in the decision making regarding their care and that they were made to feel at ease at their assessment appointment.
